How to Request Supplies
Recycled Art Supplies was created to help make gently used and new art and creative materials more accessible to students who may not otherwise have access to the supplies they need to create.
If you are a student in need of art supplies, or an art teacher supporting students with limited access to materials, we invite you to apply.
Before You Apply
To help us distribute available supplies as fairly as possible, please keep the following in mind:
- Applicants should be students with limited access to art supplies or teachers who serve students with limited access to materials.
- Please submit only one application per household.
- Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if supplies become available.
- Applicants should live within the San Bernardino County limits and Riverside County Limits
- Recipients may receive supplies once per calendar year and are welcome to apply again the following year.
Because Recycled Art Supplies is supported by community donations, the amount and type of materials available will vary. We may receive traditional art supplies, craft supplies, creative materials, and other arts-and-crafts-related items.
We cannot guarantee that every applicant will receive supplies or that we will have the exact materials requested, but we will do our best to match available donations with the needs shared in each application.

What Happens Next?
Once your application is submitted, it will be kept for consideration as supplies become available.
If you are selected to receive supplies, we will contact you with additional information. Depending on availability and location, materials may be mailed to you or arranged for pickup through The Artlands Creative.
We collect donated supplies throughout the year and continue to redistribute materials as they become available.
